Australia Post and couriers have advised us that they are experiencing some delays especially on International routes, please understand that this is out of everyone's control and is due to the unprecedented complications of what we are experiencing
Updated March 18th, 2020 - We are business as normal with warehouse ONLY open for click & collect M-F 2-4pm
Recycled Mats is taking all the recommended precautions to protect both our staff and the community at large.
From March 16th, the Recycled Mats office team has been working remotely from their own homes in order to reduce the chances of contraction and/or spread.
We expect there will be some delays in the near future as we, along with the country and world, work through this unprecedented event.
Our orders continue to be dispatched as normal, this may change as circumstances develop and as couriers review their pick up and delivery protocols to ensure that their staff also remain safe. We will advise if / when any changes take place.
Click & Collect Options will ONLY be available Mon - Fri 2-4 pm. We would suggest that you call or email us if you are making a special trip to collect in case these times change last minute.
Our warehouse staff may ask if the customer is healthy or has coronavirus and if the latter is confirmed or suspected, they will be requested to leave the premises immediately.
We request that any visitor respects the 1.5m social distancing zone and wash their hands using the hand wash provided at the office.
Thank you for your understanding as we all work through this situation and please remember to be calm, be safe and look out for one another.
