MANGOPARE New Zealand Design Recycled Mat, Black & Green
1.8 x 2.7m
Mangopare is a traditional Maori symbol of strength and courage. Put the unique Mangopare New Zealand design recycled mat in bold black and green in your home, office or classroom – or anywhere you need inspirational art.
The Mangopare Maori mats are hard wearing and durable. Made from 95% recycled plastics, such as car tyres and PET bottles, they are lightweight and wipe clean for easy maintenance inside or outside.
Recycled Plastic Outdoor Rugs in Maori Design
New Zealand artist Turumakina Duley created this impressive take on the traditional Mangopare design. It is his interpretation of an ancient symbol, variously interpreted as a lovers’ embrace, a symbol of everlasting friendship and the ‘true wealth’ to be found in the natural world.
Our Mangopare mat is a popular design for cultural centres, classrooms or caravan mats. Pair one with a handy beach shelter for comfort and protection on the sand or at your campsite. Celebrate your own culture as you relax on the mat, or use this design as a teaching tool about world cultures.

Mangopare Mat Green & BlackBy: wanita on 21 February 2017I absolutely love my new mat, its made very well & the Maori design print is awesome! I like how big it is that you can fit the family & some room to stretch out. Would like if the edging would go all way round coz I am worried of it fraying, but that's my only concern.
EXCELLENT ALROUNDBy: Dee on 2 January 2017Bought this mat for our camping trip, was perfect for the occasion. It's super soft, easy to keep clean, perfect for our little ones to roll around on, and easy to fold away. Perfect for the beach as the sand just rolls right off it and now we take it everywhere.
