Introducing our brand new recycled plastic mat in the much requested semi-circle style.
This new addition to our Recycled Plastic Mat series features a never-before-seen design by one of our Indigenous artists hailing from New Zealand, Turamakina Duley.
This eye-catching piece is called "Mauri ooRaa", meaning the Life Essence that comes through the sun, and is the essence of all life on Earth.
Resplendent in red and yellow hues, this half-moon style gives greater flexibility when it comes to styling your mats for both indoor and outdoor settings. The straight side edge allows you to place it up against walls and windows as a floor covering to highlight your favourite areas and pieces of furniture in the home.
We suggest placing it below a dining cabinet or sideboard, or below an entryway console in the hallway or mudroom as you enter the home. This design is also the ideal fit for lounge or family rooms to designate a play area for children, or in children's bedroom to brighten up a compact space.
Outdoors, this mat can be placed with the straight side in front of caravans and tents to create a family-friendly nook. They also look magnificent on decks, verandahs, patios, and outdoor living spaces.

These mats are reversible. Photos show both sides of the same mat. Mat colours may differ slightly from the images shown due to the different inks used in individual print runs.
All our floor mats have been made to the best attainable standards from UV treated recycled polypropylene. Follow our guide to mat maintenance for cleaning and storage instructions. Our floor mats and playmats are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, but extensive exposure to sun or rain will lead to fading and deterioration over time.
Recycled Mats is a proud long-term member of the Indigenous Art Code, which ensures transparent, fair and ethical business trade in works of art by Indigenous artists.
