Payment

A 75% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order. Artwork and moulds will not be created until a deposit is received. Once confirmed, we cannot cancel our print run, therefore any cancellations after this time will incur fees, and your deposit will be forfeited.

The final 25% payment is required prior to dispatch from our warehouse.

All custom-designed products are non-refundable, and it is your responsibility at sign off stage, to ensure that you are happy with the colours and designs of your items. NOTE that colours may vary slightly between batches. These mats are custom-made, and will NOT be sold through the Recycled Mats website.

Lead Time

Approx. 3-6 months from final sign-off of approved print-ready artwork to dispatch. The lead time depends on other projects in the queue, when the deposit is paid and your order is confirmed. Our team will further advise on this.

Production Ready Files

Please supply hi-res JPEG and AI files for print.

Or we have in-house graphic design services chargeable at $60 per hr ex-GST to create print-ready files. Please advise of any possible design or colour changes following receipt of the first draft. Our designer can then create the final print-ready format required for production. 

Artwork & Copyright Disclaimer

Before we start production, we will kindly request written confirmation that you hold the legal rights to use, reproduce, and (if applicable) sell the artwork submitted for your custom mat design. In the event of any copyright disputes, it is important to note that you, as the artwork provider, accept full responsibility for any legal consequences, including related costs or claims. To proceed with custom designs, a signed disclaimer will be required.

By submitting a custom mat enquiry to Recycled Mats, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Recycled Mats cannot be held liable for the use of artwork you do not own or have permission to use.

We pledge that we will not sell your designs ourselves unless we have a written agreement together to do so.

Re-Prints

Available at standard price per piece with no mould set-up fees. MOQ of 40 pieces per re-print.
