What is covered under the 1 year mat warranty period

If you notice a manufacturing defect in the eyelets, binding, or stitching, please lodge a Warranty Claim Request using the form below. Our outdoor mat warranty is designed to safeguard your purchase and ensure long-lasting use.

Please note, the warranty does not cover the storage bag or any damage resulting from misuse, excessive wear and tear, prolonged exposure to harsh direct sunlight, or events beyond our control such as fire.
