How to leave a product review at Recycled Mats
Step 1.
Visit the product description page for your favourite Recycled Mats product.
Step 2.
Scroll down to the tabs below the product photos. You will see ‘Description’, ‘Specifications’ and ‘Reviews’. Click on 'Reviews'.
Step 3.
Under ‘Reviews’ you can read what other people have had to say about their own unique recycled mats, runners, tables or cushions. They may also have left a star rating between 1 and 5.
To create your own review, click on the link that says ‘Write a product review’.
Here, you will need to enter a name and email address. Please note, your name will appear alongside the review but your email will not be shared publicly.
Next, write down your thoughts! Please feel free to tell us when and where you use our mats. What’s your favourite colour? What does your class or family think about their new rugs or cushions? How easy is it to clean your new mat?
Finally, give this product a star rating by clicking on the row of 5 stars below the review boxes. 5 means you love it! 1 means there’s some way we can improve. Please contact us any time if you any questions or concerns.
Step 4.
Click 'Preview'. This gives you a chance to read over what you’ve written before it appears on our site. Made a mistake or want to add more information? Easy! Click ‘edit review’ and make the changes.
Finally, click 'Post Review'. You're done!
Step 5.
You’ll get a notice to thank you for leaving your review. All of our reviews are then approved by our web team before they appear on the site. This is simply to make sure we don’t bore our readers with ‘spam’ reviews. We are only interested in genuine opinions and experiences from our valued clients.
Check back later in the day and you’ll be able to read your review below the product description.

Here at Recycled Mats we endeavour to keep the cost of shipping affordable for all of our customers across Australia so we therefore charge a flat rate dependent upon your location/post code per order. The only EXCEPTION to this is orders that are sent with couriers due to the size of the parcels - this particularly applies to our range of beach umbrellas but may apply to others. You can calculate your shipping charge at checkout prior to making payment.
As of April, 2017 Australia Post has made changes to the way they deliver parcels. If Australia Post deem that there is a safe place to leave a parcel when no one is at home to collect the item then they will leave it and take a photo as proof of where the parcel was left. If there is no safe place, then they will leave a card in the letterbox and take the parcel to the closest Post Office for you to collect and sign for. Please ensure you collect your parcel within 5 business days. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being returned to us and incurring both return and re-shipping fees, payable by you.
At Recycled Mats, we have a 30 Day Returns policy for “Change of Mind”, together with a 6 Month Manufacturers’ warranty.
Any request for a replacement, refund or store credit must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You MUST advise us of your request PRIOR to sending an item back.
Please check your goods upon arrival to ensure that there was no damage en route to you or any issues that require our attention or service. If so, you must advise us within 30 days of receiving your item.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend that you insure high-value items that you return and at the very least, track your item through your choice of carrier.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with our returns policy. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Any order of $150+ returned due to "change of mind" that is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, will be processed with a 10% restocking fee applied which covers unretrievable costs incurred.
Please note that product colours can show differently on different electronic devices. A return based on a colour differentiation will be classified a Change of Mind return.

Please note that minor loose threads or short threads are normal and are NOT a manufacturer's defect and do not / will not compromise the product in any way.
Most loose threads can be snipped off or tucked into the weave. If you have concerns, please send us an image along with your order number to supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au so that we can advise.
Also note that due to the nature of our manufacturing process, our mats may be +\- 5% in size from that advertised.
If an item has been agreed to be returned to us:
Recycled Mats will not accept a change of mind return (nor offer a refund) or exchange on any SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher, coupon or code, nor on any items that have been customized by the addition of eyelets unless it is clear that the item is faulty.
Recycled Mats provides a warranty ensuring that our products are free from defects in construction or materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, whether acquired directly from us or through one of our authorized stockists.
If a defect or fault becomes apparent within the warranty period, please refer to our guidelines on "HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE/ FAULT/ DAMAGED ITEM" for further instructions.
Decisions regarding the replacement, repair, or refund of a product covered by this warranty will be made solely at the discretion of Recycled Mats.
Exemptions to this warranty include:
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
If you simply change your mind about a product, we are happy to discuss an exchange but please note that return postage costs are your responsibility.
If we have agreed to provide a refund for "Change of Mind", the postage cost of whatever you initially paid** will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Please note that refunds can only be paid into the same account that was used for the initial order.
(** the postage cost for items that are sent by courier will be as per the shipping charge on the order invoice)
Please note that if you have provided us with an INCORRECT or UNDELIVERABLE address (as deemed by the carrier) for your order and it is returned to us, in order for us to re-ship your items to you, you must supply us with an address that our choice of carrier will deliver to.
Also, if return-to-sender fees have been incurred by the return of the order to us, then these are to be paid by you plus the cost of the return shipment and the re-shipment of items back to your newly nominated address.
These return and re-shipment costs will be calculated on actual costs and be a minimum of $19.95 per parcel.
If Recycled Mats have made the mistake then we will cover ALL costs to get the package resent to you promptly.

Payment for invoiced orders is required within 14 days of placing your order. If your centre or school requires a longer payment option, please advise us so that we may work with you to suit these requirements.
Global Kids Oz - Trading as Recycled Mats - has a strict 14 day credit term policy and will provide credit terms to approved clients. Please note that overdue payments are subject to a minimum $25 overdue payment fee plus 5% late payment surcharge for each month thereafter.
A GST Tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been finalised online.
We only pass on the direct costs of processing and shipping your order; we do not intend to profit from shipping items to you. While we have implemented shipping technology to control costs, with the cost of fuel, all couriers have added surcharges to cover this cost, and our articles aren't physically heavy due to their cubic dimensions; our items are charged based on cubic weight, which incurs higher charges than dead weight charges would cost.
In general, charging for shipping means we can offer you.
1. Fast Shipping - 99.8% of the time, items are dispatched the same day and delivered within three business days, remote locations excluded (average 5-7 business days)
2. Carbon neutral delivery - All our logistics partners1 are net carbon primarily neutral through carbon offsets; however, with an ambitious target to become zero emission shortly through several initiatives such as increased use of electric, hydrogen, or low emissions vehicles, reducing power consumption/use of renewables. We, as a company, offset the carbon generated through our other logistics activities, such as products shipped to our warehouse from our suppliers and through the Green KPI, reducing our carbon footprint.
3. Sustainable packaging - Any plastics used are made from recycled materials. Our shipping mailers are compostable and corrugated cardboards are fully recyclable. Corrugated cardboards are a more sustainable option when compared to bubble wrap or airbag packages, which are harder to recycle or, in some cases, go straight to landfill.
4. Sustainability through Green KPI - We are working towards greater sustainability through Green KPI - which increases our shipping costs.

We like to keep our prices as competitive as we can, on occasion we are able to offer reduced prices on certain lines or certain periods. If this happens, and you just bought the same item at a higher price - you might be a little disappointed and we get that!
That's why we offer a 7 DAY PRICE GUARANTEE. If the price goes down on the exact same item and colour and you contact us via email on supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au within 7 days, we'll refund the difference in the form of a gift voucher redeemable within 3 years on our website. So if you order on Saturday, just reach out to us before the following Saturday ( within 7 days ) with details of your purchase and the item in question and we will get you sorted.
