How to leave a product review at Recycled Mats
Visit the product description page for your favourite Recycled Mats product.
Scroll down to the tabs below the product photos. You will see ‘Description’, ‘Specifications’ and ‘Reviews’. Click on 'Reviews'.
Under ‘Reviews’ you can read what other people have had to say about their own unique recycled mats, runners, tables or cushions. They may also have left a star rating between 1 and 5.
To create your own review, click on the link that says ‘Write a product review’.
Here, you will need to enter a name and email address. Please note, your name will appear alongside the review but your email will not be shared publicly.
Next, write down your thoughts! Please feel free to tell us when and where you use our mats. What’s your favourite colour? What does your class or family think about their new rugs or cushions? How easy is it to clean your new mat?
Finally, give this product a star rating by clicking on the row of 5 stars below the review boxes. 5 means you love it! 1 means there’s some way we can improve. Please contact us any time if you any questions or concerns.
Click 'Preview'. This gives you a chance to read over what you’ve written before it appears on our site. Made a mistake or want to add more information? Easy! Click ‘edit review’ and make the changes.
Finally, click 'Post Review'. You're done!
You’ll get a notice to thank you for leaving your review. All of our reviews are then approved by our web team before they appear on the site. Here at Recycled Mats we endeavour to keep the cost of shipping affordable for all our customers across Australia so we charge a flat rate dependent on your location/post code per order. The only EXCEPTION to this are orders that are needed to be sent with couriers due to the size of parcels, this particularly applies to our range of educational mats but may apply to others, all items that are sent by courier are highlighted on the product.
As of April, 2017 Australia Post has made changes to the way they deliver parcels - If Australia Post deem that there is a safe place to leave a parcel when no one is at home to collect the item then they will leave it, they will take a photo as proof of where the parcel was left. If there is no safe place, then they will leave a card as normal in the letterbox and take the parcel to the closest Post Office for you to collect and sign for. We have instructed Australia Post that for all of our parcels we require a signature on delivery regardless of their processes, which therefore means that "Authority to Leave" is no longer an option for our parcels. This is to protect both you and I from theft.
At Recycled Mats, we have a 30 Day Returns policy. Here's how it works...
Any request for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of the initial order. After this time, stock changes and price adjustments make it difficult for us to fairly deal with your requests.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not happy with your order within the first 30 days, please advise us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org

If the product is faulty, please include images so that we can clearly understand your concerns. We may not require the product to be returned prior to sending out a replacement to you if the issue is clear from your photos. If we cannot resolve your issue in this way, we will request that you return the products in question so that we can examine them for faults.
Returned items MUST be in original packaging with ALL original stickers in place (see photo example below). Rugs and mats cannot have been used in any way AND must be folded along the same fold lines with which they were received. If the plastic mats are folded incorrectly or carelessly, there is a chance that undue pressure placed on the woven plastic when inserting back into the carry bags or during transit may cause damage, rendering them unsellable and therefore voiding any option for a refund or exchange. Items MUST be received by us in perfect re-sellable condition. Any eligible replacement item or refund due will not be processed until the returned item has been received and reviewed by us, then we will promptly refund you via the same payment method that the order was made with.
Any order of $150+ returned due to "change of mind" that is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, will be processed with a 10% restocking fee applied.

If you have used the mat, damaged the mat or thrown away the labels and packaging then it is yours to keep!
Recycled Mats will not accept a return or exchange on any SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher or code, nor on any items that have been customised by the addition of eyelets unless it is clear that the item is faulty.
Returns and postage costs
If you simply change your mind about a product, we are happy to discuss an exchange but please note that return postage costs are your responsibility.
If we have agreed to provide a refund or exchange, a postage cost equal to the original amount you paid** will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Please note that refunds can only be paid into the same account that was used for the initial order.
(** the postage cost for oversized items that are sent by courier will be as per the shipping charge on the order invoice)
Recycled Mats cannot be held liable for damage to or the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return your goods so that tracking can be used. We encourage you to keep a record of the tracking advice until the return has been received, accepted and processed by our warehouse.
We have clear instructions that do need to be followed for all returns so that we can ensure they are processed in a correct and timely manner. Please note: For returns to be processed effectively, you must clearly label the return package with the original order #. Kindly email email@example.com or call us on 1300 32 00 65 should you have any questions about this.
If you do not do this then we cannot track your return and a refund will not be granted. Please understand that we send and receive thousands of items weekly, so we need you to follow this process otherwise we have no way of confirming your return was received. Clear documentation benefits our processing staff and you!

Payment is required within 14 days of placing your order, if your centre or school requires a longer payment option please advise us so that we may work with you to suit your requirements.
Global Kids Oz - Trading as Recycled Mats - has a strict 14 day credit term policy and will approve credit terms to approved clients, please note that overdue payments are subject to a minimum $25 overdue payment fee plus 5% late payment surcharge for each month thereafter
A GST Tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been finalised online.
