To receive your parcel by Christmas, these are the last recommended dispatch dates for standard and express shipping, as suggested by our network of carriers. Please note that any changes to these are outside of our control. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

• Standard: Tuesday, 12 December (min. 8 business days for delivery)

• Express: Monday, 18 December (min. 4 business days for delivery)

SA, TAS, WA, NT

• Standard: Friday, 8 December (min. 10 business days for delivery)

• Express: Friday, 15 December (min. 5 business days for delivery) 

International 

AU – NZ

• Standard: Monday, 11 December (min. 9 business days for delivery)

      AUSTRALIA & NZ

  • Australia and New Zealand transit times are mostly performing well at their expected service levels. The transit times for most key delivery lanes in Australia and New Zealand have met their expected service levels in the past consecutive months despite some minor disruptions in select regions.
  • Increased volume during peak is causing delays. Some carriers are experiencing 1-2 delays in delivery lanes out of Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne
  • WA rail network is partially closed due to recent bushfires. This is causing a backlog of freight and delays of more than 2 days into the Perth region.

     INTERNATIONAL

  • International services are also providing timely delivery timeframes except for some minor disruptions in select countries. Most of our international partner carriers have improved their services over the last couple of months and show efficient transit times results. However, select regions in Canada are experiencing slight challenges in their air network and border clearance backlogs.

Free of charge from our warehouse at Unit 4, 42 Machinery Drive, Tweed Heads South, NSW 2486. Opening Hours are Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm (sometimes we've been known to sneak off a little early on Fridays, so it's best to check in with us first!). If you have ordered online, we usually will have your order ready for collection within an hour of placing the order during our opening hours. FREE off-street parking is available.

Standard Flat Rate for orders under 20kg (85% of our orders)

Here at Recycled Mats, we endeavour to keep shipping affordable for all our customers across Australia and charge a flat rate of $19.95 to Metro addresses EXCEPT Perth Metro, Country Victoria, and Country South Australia, set at $29.95 which ships through Shippit with one of our panel of couriers. If you prefer Australia Post please select AUSTRALIA POST STANDARD SHIPPING at the cart. 

The shipping to all other addresses deemed Regional or Remote (incl all of Tasmania and the NT) is calculated according to the 'cubic weight' of your order due to the high delivery fees levied by Australia Post and all other couriers to these areas.

 

Large orders over 20kg - (approx 15% of orders)

Due to the increase in fuel and handling costs, we have decided to implement freight charge changes to specific areas to reduce the number of people affected by the rise. ALL orders over 20kg in weight will be charged 50% of the ACTUAL cost to us by the courier. So we will cover 50% of freight costs, as a thank you!

We would love to continue with the flat rate charges (as we have done for 14 years), but as a small business, we're no longer able to cover these costs with the ongoing prices affecting us all.

 

International orders

For international orders, we cannot estimate customs or duty charges as each country has different requirements, and we aren't usually the ones that handle these costs to pay or to know. Please research before placing your order, as each country has additional requirements.

Please note that the estimated delivery time for your order may range from 10 to 30 days. Please be aware that we have no control over the customs clearance process in your country, which may cause delays in delivery. As the buyer, you are responsible for any additional charges related to importing consumer goods, such as VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges. We do not collect these charges in advance and are unable to provide an estimate of the potential costs. Please note that all prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

Your Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address that you supply Global Kids Oz / Recycled Mats is CORRECT and deliverable.

For PO BOX, Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect deliveries, please ensure the address is EXACTLY as issued by Australia Post (e.g. 'PO Box 200, .......' NOT 'post office box 200, .......'). All fields must be filled in correctly for the address to be validated and shipped exclusively by Australia Post. Read below section for more info.

We will not be held responsible in any way for an order being sent to the wrong address unless the fault is ours, and should that be the case, we will resend your order to the address that you supplied at our cost.

Suppose you have provided us with an INCORRECT or UNDELIVERABLE address (as deemed by the carrier) for your order, and it is returned to us for us to re-ship your items to you. In that case, you must supply us with an address that our choice of carrier (usually Auspost) will deliver. If return-to-sender fees have been incurred by the return of the order to us, you will be required to pay them, plus the cost of the return shipment and the re-shipment of items back to your newly nominated address. These return and re-shipment costs will be calculated on actual costs and be a minimum of $19.95 per parcel. 

We prefer you to use a work address to ensure that any order that requires a signature can be delivered to you without delay. If you do not collect your order within five days of Australia Post leaving you a card, they MAY send it back to us. For us to resend this to you incurs double freight, and therefore, a fee of $10 + actual return and re-shipping charges per parcel will be payable by you before your order is resent, with a minimum of $19.95 per parcel

 

Couriers 

We use several couriers alongside Australia Post that serve all of Australia. Australia post will likely deliver your items if you live regional or remote. Otherwise, it could come from Aramex, Toll, Couriers Please, TNT or one of their delivery partners.

For orders under 20kg Cubic or Dead weight; If you would prefer that your parcel is shipped through Austrialia Post please select AUSTRALIA POST STANDARD SHIPPING at the cart. 

 

Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect & PO Box

If you require your order to be sent to an Australia Post-operated Parcel locker, Parcel Collect Service or PO Box - It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct address. Please follow the official AP format, so our system allocates your order to Aus Post and not our other couriers. Redelivery and processing charges may apply for incorrectly addressed orders.

Authority to Leave & Redelivery Fees

If nobody is home to accept your parcel, most carriers have automatic authority to leave it, as long as it is deemed by the driver that there is a safe area to do so. If no one is available to accept your delivery or they cannot leave the parcel in a safe place, a card will be rejected. Please get in touch with the courier within two business days to arrange a collection. After five days of no contact, your delivery may be returned to us at your cost, including a $10 per parcel return fee + return and re-shipping costs.

If you need redelivery on a different date or directions to a different address, you may incur a charge payable by you in addition to the original shipping cost. 

International orders will be charged the shipping cost to get the item to you, as shown in our shipping calculator.

 

Delivery Information

We shall endeavour to have all orders shipped upon the same day of charge if the order is placed before 2.30 pm NSW time Mon-Fri, (excluding public holidays); otherwise, within 24 business hours. On Dispatch, you will receive a confirmation from our delivery partners and us with tracking details. We will do our best to ensure that all information on our website is current so that you are aware of approximate delivery times if your order is not currently in stock.

The client acknowledges and agrees that late delivery does not constitute a breach by Global Kids Oz / Recycled Mats or our agreement and does not entitle the client to cancel the order unless the delay in providing this product to you is outside of an acceptable delivery time of 6 weeks from the date the order was dispatched. 

Please get in touch with us if you have not received your order within 21 days of it being dispatched. Please note that we will not be held liable for any loss, stress or damage caused by the late delivery of parcels or a parcel not arriving. It is in our best interest to do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order in a fast, efficient and orderly fashion, as without you, our client, we have no business. If we know that a product you have ordered may be significantly delayed, we will contact you to advise you of the status using the email address you supplied for the order.

 

Loss or Damage

Global Kids Oz / Recycled Mats will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your goods once delivery has occurred. If, however, in the unlikely event that your order arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us within five days of receipt with an explanation of the issue (with photos) to supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au. We will then begin formalities to decide whether a replacement item will be sent. It is also our discretion to request that the damaged goods be returned to our head office before a replacement is sent out. If this damage is deemed due to freight handling, Australia Post (or the courier) may be responsible, and Global Kids Oz / Recycled Mats cannot be held liable. However, we will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome for all.

Please check your goods upon arrival to ensure there was no damage en route to you or any issues that require our attention or service. We offer a 30-day return period for you to advise us of any problem you may have; after that period, no returns or refunds can be granted.

 

30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy; returns must be requested within 30 days of the order being placed. Change of mind returns must be unused in the original package, and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. For faulty goods, please email us within 30 days with clear images of the area(s) of concern - It is your responsibility to check goods upon arrival to ensure there was no damage, no route or issues that require our attention - after this period returns or refunds cannot be granted.
